Chairperson: Karen Hogness
If you have been to a 100+ Women Who Care meeting I’m the one up front leading the proceedings. That is my main roll in this group. I organize the quarterly meeting agenda and lead us through the process of selecting a non-profit to receive our collective gift four times a year. It is my goal to do this with efficiency and good humor. Behind the scenes I am also responsible for calling and leading Steering Committee meetings. If you have general questions about our 100+ Women’s group, or if you would like to give us feedback or suggestions about our membership meetings, please contact me at: 100pluswwc.franklinctyma@gmail.com

Nominations: Kim Klein
Hello, and welcome to 100+ WWC. I serve as the Nomination Chair on the committee. As a former non-profit Executive Director, Development Officer, and a consultant, my role is to assist and review the nominations that come from our members before each meeting. I make sure that each organization aligns with the goals of 100+ Women and answer member questions as they prepare for their presentations at upcoming meetings. Along with other Steering Committee members I also assist the Finance chair in making sure all contributions for the selected non-profit are received. Questions? My email address is: nominations.100pluswwc@gmail.com.

Membership: Clare Pearson
Hi there – my name is Clare Pearson and I’m the Membership Coordinator for 100+WWC Franklin County MA. I’m the gal who receives your membership form and greets you at the door of the meeting with your name tag. My job is to interface with women who want to join 100+ Women and make sure you have the information you need to make a commitment to our group. Because 100+ is a membership giving circle, it’s important to make sure that women are intentional about their commitment to both participate and to meet their quarterly commitment of $50.
I’m also the gal to call or email with questions (e.g. can my friend join?/can my daughter come and pay less?) do two married women have to pay $100 or can the couple pay $50?) or problems with your membership (e.g. not keeping up with payments/can’t come to 2 meetings this year, etc).
I am always on the hunt for new members as the more members we have, the more our quarterly gift is. I look forward to connecting with you if I haven’t already. Feel free to reach out at this phone number: 413-896-9461 or email at: membership.100pluswwc@gmail.com to connect, or with questions.

Treasurer: Amy Wales
As the Treasurer, I am responsible for managing the finances of the giving circle. I manage member donations, tracking and collecting donations for the chosen nonprofit at and after the quarterly meetings, and delivering them to the nonprofit. I communicate with and respond to member questions regarding donations. I also oversee raffle ticket sales at quarterly meetings and pays expenses. If you’d like to contact me you can use this email address: treasurer@100pluswwc-franklinctyma.com.

Member Outreach: Kristine Jelstrup
I’m a natural health care practitioner with a practice in Shelburne Falls. I love connecting with people and connecting people with each other. My job is to be the liaison to the press and the public. If you have any suggestions for how we can do things differently or would like to volunteer, contact me! If you know of any outlets we can advertise through then please drop me a line. We want as many people as possible to know about us and join us! I also help out at the meetings – think lanyard tree – and in other ways. My email is: outreach.100pluswwc@gmail.com and my phone number is 617-833-3407.

Archivist: Amy Klippenstein
I’m the owner of Sidehill Farm Yogurt, an organic creamery in west county. I’m one of the first people you’ll see as you enter a quarterly meeting – trying to match faces with names and making sure you get the right name badge when you come to the sign-in table. My official responsibilities are as historian and recordkeeper, vote counter, and timekeeper for presentations. I also take minutes at both the Steering Committee and full Membership meetings. And of course, I jump in on whatever needs doing at meetings – and as the Steering Committee member with the dubious honor of having the best handwriting (ha!) – I hand-letter signs and make on-the-spot name badges for new members. If you’d like to contact me this is my email: secretary.100pluswwc@gmail.com
